Cancellation Policy

We understand the unexpected happens. However, all of our instructors and trainers dedicate their time and effort to make sure they deliver excellent sessions and classes. Out of respect to the trainers’ time, classes require a 10-hour cancellation notice. Canceling less than 10 hours prior to scheduled class is a late cancel and your class will be considered as attended. If you are a package holder, your class will be deducted from your package or plan.

If no notice is given by classes' start time, your attendance will be categorized as a “No Show” and a $5 fee will be assessed.

Unlimited package holders incur a $5 fee for Late Cancellations and $10 for No Show. Some special packages and promotions may have a different cancellation policy, please read the terms and conditions of your service.

Private Sessions are forfeited if they are cancelled less than 20 hours prior to their scheduled time.

Please look out for our confirmation and reminder emails and add the times to your calendar so you can stay current with your appointments.
You can book, reschedule and cancel all of your classes online in seconds. All scheduling is done with the Pike13 online booking software on your computer or mobile device. Scheduling cannot be done by email, phone or verbal request. In The Studio

If this is your first time in the studio please allow 10 minutes before class to get acquainted with the instructor and the equipment. To participate in class, please be 16 or older. In courtesy to other students please place your cellphone on silence while exercising. For safety and cleanliness reasons ask that all students wear grip socks. Grip socks are available to purchase at the studio.

Your spot might be forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late. Group sessions may be canceled if only 1 person has enrolled 2 hours prior to start time.

We know traffic and parking is tough so we allow 10 minutes after class time for arrival, however after 10 minutes, we reserve the right to consider you a no-show and your spot on the equipment might be given to another person.

Parking

There is tandem parking in the back entrance. If you decide to park behind a car please let the instructor know so the person whose car you are blocking can get out before you start your session. There is additional free and metered street parking on Amigo Ave.

Waitlist Policy

Please utilize our wait-list feature if a class if full. We will contact you via email or phone if a spot opens up and you can decide if you want to join the class. Call us to confirm (or we’ll call you) or we will offer it to the next person on the list. We send out automated emails notifying students when they are signed up to the class, so make sure our notes don’t get filtered into spam folders. Always feel free to stop by and see if there is an available spot.

Payments

Splits or transfers of remaining classes or memberships to other people are not allowed unless specified. Some plans are eligible to be shared among family members living in the same household (please contact the studio for details). Prices, classes, and instructors are subject to change without notice. Please check the website for the most current schedule and pricing. All purchases must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase date unless stated otherwise. All sales are final and non-transferable.

PRIVACY policy

ReformFit Pilates takes the privacy of our clients seriously and respects your personal information. We have a strict anti-spam policy and we will never share, sell, or rent any of your information with anyone else without your permission. None of your information will be shared with third parties without your active approval or knowledge. ReformFit Pilates will use your information for communications related to appointments and services only.
